It feels like a deja vu.
Many years ago when Karylle was a toddler and long before the advent of the celfone and the Internet, a “revealing” photo of her mom, Zsa Zsa Padilla, was circulated, purportedly taken from below the stage while Zsa Zsa was performing in a concert.
Very recently, a photo of Karylle with one of her boobs out is being spread by idle minds in the Internet, supposedly taken last March 21 during the summer episode of the ABS-CBN noontime show A.S.A.P. XV in Boracay, the same event where Karylle’s co-host Anne Curtis suffered a “wardrobe malfunction.”
“It was ‘doctored’,” Karylle told Funfare Update yesterday. “You can ask my mom who is very good in photo-shopping. She knows very well what is real and what is fake.”
Karylle added that she couldn’t suffer a “wardrobe malfunction” because she’s extra-careful in shows such as the one held in Boracay.
“I see to it that I wear nippies beneath my bra,” she said, “and a beach dress besides. If you analyze the photo closely, you will notice that it has been tampered with.”
And how come the (doctored) photo is coming out only now, more than two weeks after the Boracay affair? Why didn’t it come out at the same time as those of Anne Curtis’ photos?
Like Anne, Karylle is a victim of mean people who have nothing better to do.
With the permission of Karylle, Funfare Update is putting out the “doctored” photo (with the “exposed” breast covered with a black circle) so people will know that that’s the one in question.
